This one-chamber pillow filled with natural latex or buckwheat husks is perfect for relieving neck and shoulder tensions. 
 
It has a quilted double outer cover and an inner cover, both made of the finest cotton. Both covers each have a zipper and can be washed at 40°C.
 
You can adjust the filling of the pillows to your needs yourself by removing part of the filling, if necessary.
