Our personalized sleep coaching program is designed to help you achieve deep, natural, and restorative sleep through scientific insights, proven techniques, and holistic practices - all without medication.

We use a holistic approach and cover many areas that influence your sleep positively or negatively like nutrition, habits, sleep environment, work environment, adverse health conditions, different relaxation techniques, anxiety, depression, burnout and many more. With our sleep coaching you will quickly learn to identify the reasons for your sleep problems, you will learn how to fix them and how to maintain a healthy and deep sleep.

Sleep coaching sessions are given in Dutch, French, English and German.

The first session is a double session lasting 90 minutes, with the first 45 minutes offered free of charge.
