Our personalized sleep coaching programme is designed to help you regain deep, natural, and restorative sleep using scientific insights, proven techniques, and methods that address your whole being, with the ultimate goal of sleeping naturally without medication.
We take a holistic approach and address the various factors that can disturb your sleep, such as nutrition, habits, sleep environment, work environment, physical complaints, anxiety, depression, burnout, and much more. Thanks to our sleep coaching, you will quickly learn to recognize the causes of your sleep problems, how to address them, and how to maintain healthy and deep sleep.

Q: How quickly will I see results?
A: Many clients notice improvements after just 2–3 sessions, depending on their sleep challenges and their motivation to apply the tools. Most feel calmer and more optimistic already after the very first session.
Q: Is this therapy or medical treatment?
A: No. Sleep coaching is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. It is a practical and supportive method to change lifestyle habits, manage stress, improve nutrition, and create the right conditions for healthy sleep. If needed, we may advise you to consult a doctor or specialist.
Q: What happens during the first session?
A: The first 45-minute introductory session is free of charge and can, if you wish, be combined into a double session of 90 minutes. It includes:
• An intake conversation about your sleep situation
• Exploration of your background, lifestyle, and sleep habits
• A first relaxation exercise to experience practical tools
• Initial steps towards a personalized sleep improvement plan
Q: What methods are used during sleep coaching?
A: We combine scientific insights with holistic practices, including as examples:
• Lifestyle and nutrition adjustments
• Sleep hygiene guidance and sleep environment optimization
• Techniques for falling asleep and staying asleep
• Relaxation and breathing exercises, autogenic training, mindfulness, and guided meditation
Q: How many sessions will I need in total?
A: This varies. Some clients feel significantly better after 2–3 sessions, while others prefer a longer programme with six – eight 90-minute sessions for sustainable results. Together we will define the best rhythm for you.
Q: Should I book single 45-minute sessions or 90-minute sessions?
A: Both are available. We generally recommend 90-minute sessions, as they allow faster results and leave enough time to:
• Explore your sleep challenges in depth
• Develop and apply personalized solutions directly
• Practice relaxation or mindfulness techniques
• Create a clear action plan
Many clients find that 90-minute sessions lead to considerably faster progress and more lasting results.
45-minute sessions are ideal for follow-ups or focused questions.
Q: Can couples, friends, or families join together?
A: Yes. Shared sessions can be very effective and cost-efficient. For example, partners who share a bedroom often benefit from joint coaching. Small group sessions for up to four persons also increase motivation to apply new sleep-supportive habits.
Q: What if I suffer from chronic insomnia or a sleep disorder?
A: Sleep coaching can complement medical or therapeutic treatment, but it is not a replacement. If you have been diagnosed with a medical sleep disorder (e.g. sleep apnea), we recommend following your doctor’s advice and using sleep coaching as supportive lifestyle training for better sleep.
Q: Is sleep coaching reimbursed by health insurance?
A: Not at this time. Belgian and most international health insurance funds do not reimburse sleep coaching, as it is considered a preventive lifestyle service rather than a medical treatment.
Q: Can my employer cover the cost of sleep coaching?
A: Yes, sometimes. Many employers recognize the impact of sleep on productivity, health, and burnout prevention. It may be worthwhile to discuss with your HR department whether partial or full reimbursement is possible. Naturalice can provide an official invoice and, if needed, a letter explaining the preventive health benefits.

A: The current price list is available on our website.
Q: How can I pay for sessions?
A: Payment is possible by bank transfer or in cash against invoice.
Q: Are sessions online or in person?
A: We offer in-person sessions only, at our Sleep Coaching Center in 1653 Beersel, Belgium.
Q: Is parking available near the Coaching Center?
A: Yes. Free parking is available directly in front of the Naturalice Sleep Coaching Center.
Q: Are sessions available on weekends?
A: Yes. Sessions are available during the week as well as on Saturdays and Sundays. This flexibility makes it easier to fit coaching into your schedule.
Q: In which languages is sleep coaching available?
A: Sessions are available in Dutch, French, English, and German.
Q: Will my information remain confidential?
A: Absolutely. All coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Your personal information and sleep situation will never be shared with third parties.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
A: Life can be unpredictable. If you cannot attend, please inform us as early as possible by email or phone.

Q: Will I get materials to use at home?
A: Yes. You will receive personalized exercises, tips, and methods to apply between sessions and after your programme. In addition, you can purchase sleep-supportive products and tools at our facilities to help create the best sleep environment.
Q: How is sleep coaching different from meditation or relaxation classes?
A: Relaxation techniques (guided meditation, mindfulness, autogenic training, etc.) are only one element of our sleep coaching. Our approach goes further. It is personalized, goal-oriented, and comprehensive, addressing all lifestyle, work, health, environment and wellbeing factors that influence your sleep.
